Either you or ResumeOnFly/CVtoSalary may terminate the Services at any time without cause. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. ResumeOnFly/CVtoSalary reserves the right to terminate your access to the website and related services at any time, without notice to any individual, corporation, agent, firm, or other legal entity.

3. AI-Powered Content:

   The Services utilize AI to generate resume content based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, the AI-generated content is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the AI-generated content to ensure its accuracy and completeness. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the AI-generated content.

4. User Content:

   You are responsible for the content you provide to the Services ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your User Content to provide the Services. We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms.

5. Payment and Subscription:
   • Some features of the Services may require a paid subscription.
   • The fees for our subscriptions are stated on our pricing page and are subject to change.

   • Subscriptions may automatically cancelled after endDate of premium and you have to repeat the payment for getting premium again.

9. Changes to Terms:

   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Cancellation under this policy:

    Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

    CVtoSalary.com (parent of ResumeOnFly) does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product/service delivered is not good (up to 50% of the whole amount paid).

    In case of such issues, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their own end. This should be reported within the same day of receipt of the product/service.

    In case you feel that the product/service received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision. In case of any refunds approved by CVtoSalary.com (parent of ResumeOnFly), it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
